Still life images are pretty formal and they are good practice for the organizational skills of the photographer's eye. I am not embarrassed to admit to fussing over details such as how everything is truncated in this picture. The chair, picture,table and the fruit are all victims of a pleasant surgery with a viewfinder . The light is nice too and there are interesting details for me such as how the cutlery is steely and gray and how it mimics the neutral tones of the black and white portrait on the CD cover.
